Free is for trying ProteinIQ and running occasional lightweight jobs. Plus is for regular academic research, while Pro adds commercial licensing and more self-serve compute. Enterprise is for larger or custom allocations, procurement, security review, and integrations.

Credits are your workspace compute balance. Every paid tool shows its credit cost before submission, and Free tools cost 0 credits.
Costs can vary with the tool, input size, and settings. Failed or timed-out paid jobs are refunded automatically.
Plus and Pro are available monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed up front at a lower monthly-equivalent price and include the annual credit allowance at the start of the term.
Yes. Plus includes 5 viewers and Pro includes 10. Viewers can inspect workspace work but cannot run tools or change workspace content, so they do not add credits or increase the subscription price. Free has 3 total workspace seats, and a viewer uses one of those seats.
