PDB viewer

The viewer uses Mol* to read molecular coordinates and render an interactive 3D structure with WebGL. Processing happens in your browser, so uploaded files are not sent to a server.

Click the upload area and select a .pdb file, or drag and drop the file onto it. The structure opens automatically, ready to rotate, zoom, select, and inspect.

You can open PDB, mmCIF, SDF, MOL, MOL2, PDBQT, XYZ, and GRO files. The viewer reads these text-based structure formats directly in your browser.

Yes. Select or drop multiple supported files to load them into the same 3D scene, which is useful for visually comparing structures or inspecting a protein and ligand together.
