Feedback Reward Terms

These terms govern the ProteinIQ feedback reward program. By submitting feedback for a reward, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Reward

Eligible feedback earns 500 to 10,000 ProteinIQ credits after review. ProteinIQ determines eligibility and the amount based on the scope, detail, usefulness, and potential impact of the contribution. Submission alone does not guarantee a reward, and selecting a positive sentiment does not increase the reward.

Eligible Feedback

Submit feedback through the ProteinIQ feedback dialog while signed in so we can identify the account to credit. Useful contributions include reproducible bug reports, specific improvements to existing tools or workflows, and well-explained feature requests grounded in a research need.

Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and what would help. Where relevant, include steps to reproduce a problem and the affected tool or page. Do not submit passwords, credentials, personal data about others, or confidential research you are not authorized to share.

We welcome honest positive, neutral, and negative feedback. No public post, endorsement, favorable rating, or positive opinion is required. Ordinary support requests, spam, fabricated reports, and repeated copies of the same contribution are not eligible for rewards. We may decline feedback that does not provide enough information to assess its usefulness or ask you for more detail.

Review and Credit Use

We review feedback manually and may contact you using your ProteinIQ account email. If approved, we determine the award within the stated range and add it to your account. Credits are not added automatically when you submit feedback, and an award does not guarantee that we will implement a suggestion or fix an issue by a particular date.

Rewards are promotional service credits, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money or a refund. They do not change your subscription, tool access, or plan limits. Any applicable credit validity period will be communicated when the credits are granted. The same contribution cannot be claimed repeatedly through one or more accounts. We may reverse rewards obtained through fraud or duplicate claims.

Use of Feedback

Feedback remains subject to the feedback provisions in our Terms of Service. A credit reward does not create employment, a consulting engagement, or an entitlement to further compensation. Your scientific inputs and results remain subject to the User Content provisions of those terms.

Program Changes and Contact

We may change or end the program for future submissions. Changes do not reduce rewards already approved; pending submissions are assessed under the terms in effect when submitted.
