About GRAVY (Grand Average of Hydropathy) calculation

GRAVY measures the overall hydropathy of a protein:

• Formula: Sum of hydropathy values / sequence length
• Positive values: Hydrophobic (membrane proteins)
• Negative values: Hydrophilic (soluble proteins)
• Range: Typically -2 to +2 for most proteins
• Applications: Protein localization prediction
